Do I need to be physically fit to go rafting?
For everyone joining us on a rafting adventure, we suggest being in good physical shape.If you have any medical concerns but still want to join the rafting trip, it's always wise to consult with your doctor beforehand. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.
Keep in mind, we offer two distinct levels of rafting experiences to choose from based on your level of fitness and desire for adrenaline:
- Family rafting, which is easier and more suitable for a relaxed outing.
- Grade 3 rafting, offering more thrill and adventure for those seeking an adrenaline-packed experience.
